Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3-7 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7-21 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier schedules and customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Destination country

We do not currently offer free shipping. All shipping charges are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • International orders may be subject to customs delays
  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delivery issues

Shipping Restrictions

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management
  2. Wait 1-2 business days in case of carrier scanning errors
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
